Replies usually go out within two to three days. Around result day it can take longer.
There is no contact form on this site on purpose, so that nobody has to hand over personal details just to ask a question.
What this site can help with
- A wrong figure, date, board code or SMS format on any page
- A broken link, a page that will not load, or a display problem on your phone
- A question about how to use the result checker or the SMS method
- A suggestion for a topic that should be covered
- Press, research or partnership enquiries
What this site cannot do
This website is not an education board and has no access to the examination system. The following are genuinely impossible here, no matter how urgent the situation is:
- Change, correct or re-check a result. Only your board can, through rescrutiny.
- Issue or re-issue a marksheet, certificate or testimonial. Your board and your institution handle these.
- Reveal a result before the official publication time. Nobody outside the board has it earlier.
- Look up your result for you. Please do not email roll numbers. Use the checker or SMS instead.
- Submit a rescrutiny application on your behalf. It must come from your own Teletalk number.
- Help with college admission decisions or seat allocation. That is decided by the admission authority, not by any website.
Emails asking for any of the above cannot be answered, because there is no honest answer to give. Going to your board directly will be faster.

Reading up on college admission
Admission to Class XI is run by the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education through the official portal xiclassadmission.gov.bd, which is brought online for each admission cycle. All applications, choices and seat results happen there and nowhere else.
For a plain-language explanation of the steps, deadlines and merit scoring while you wait for the portal to open, xiclass.bd is a useful guide. Like this website, it is an independent information site and not the admission authority, so always confirm anything important against the official portal.
Reporting a mistake on this site
To get a correction made quickly, please include:
- The address of the page, for example
ssc2027result.com/dhaka-board/ - The exact sentence or number that looks wrong
- What it should say, and a source if you have one
Reports that point to an official board notice are acted on the same day whenever possible.
